Confused GooPhone Y6 Android 4.0

I have a silly question here. I know Metro PCS runs CDMA and I found this phone...I have an interest in it. Here are some specifications:

Metro doesn't flash phones anymore but....where there is a will there is a way. Mind you I know nothing about getting it done though. Flashing it may make some aspects of the phone inoperable
