Default Novel Died

Today I got a white screen out of nowhere, then it shut off and I cant get it to turn back on at all.

I poked the reset button, nothing. Held the volume + and the on button, nothing.... What the heck is going on???

I tried plugging in the charger and didnt even get the orange light...

It's like no response at all...

I am going to have withdrawls.....

The same happens with me... and I have another question!!
It's possible the Android OS affect the hardware of tablets?
Because I had a Coby Kyros and it have a problem with the recharge system after I try to connect a pen-drive... So, like I was in the guarantee, I return to store where I buy it and I receive a Pandigital Novel 7... and three days after, it died when I was triyng to install some big android apps there.
In these two cases, they have some difficult to realize this actions, so, they got very slow, but aren't crashed. After some instants, the two tablets have hardware problems...
I read that the Coby Kyros present that fabrication defect and I think the same is happening with Pandigital Novel 7.

So, is it possible that the Android OS affects the hardware of tablets?

Thanks!
