i have a Pandigital Novel 7" Color Multimedia eReader - U.S. - Black model Model Number: PRD07T20WBL1 and need help as youtube videos dont play and i cant update as i get a error message when it trys to verify model and serial .

And i cant find where my downloads are ?

do you have flash on your ereader?
you probably need flash installed on it. not sure what version of android your reader has, but going forward with ics you will need to install flash. here is a guide for you:[GUIDE] [HOW-TO] Install Adobe Flash Player on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

as far as your update error.....i have no idea on that. what does the error say exactly?

to top that off the Pandigital Web Site - Click on the Android Update (http://www.pandigital.net)doesnt work any more it cant get passed the register of my serial and model number 2nd stage .

3) Install it using any File Manager.
sry how do i do this ? put the sd card back into my Pandigital then what ?
what file manager and how do i get it ?
Also what order do i instal all those files ?

I dont think i have jelly bean on mine its the old 1.5 android stock from factory still . i have a pic but not sure how to show you lol

you do not need to be on JB in order to install flash. so this is what you do:
1.download the file
2.move it to the sd carc(not sure if you have one or not)
3.go the app store and get a file manager(i like es file manager)
4.launch the app and navigate to the flash.apk file
5.long press on the file and a pop up should occur
6.select install

and it should install onto your device. hopefully that will work.
