okay so, im not going to lie, i dont know the first thing about rooting, or anything at all really...

but i am moving to spain in a week or so, and im wondering what i can do, if anything, to use my Pantech Breakout (Verizon) Phone with any spanish carriers. i have no idea what needs to be done, or if rooting is the solution im searching for.

can anyone help me with a step-by-step 'for dummies' version of what i need to do?

i really would like to take the phone with me since i just got it, someone please help!

Welcome to AF! Unfortunately, Europe uses GSM, where the Breakout is CDMA/LTE only. So you will not be able to use the Breakout overseas, it will not work on any network no matter what you do. Sorry I couldn't give you better news.
