I'm looking for help on updating this phone to the lastest software update, I dont need root or anything just the update. I have like 150pcs i have no clue where to start. OTA has never worked for me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated....

Try running the OTA update without being connected to wifi- if you've already tried that, and if it's not rooted or anything, try bringing it in to verizon. They'll probably give you a new phone if they can't figure it out.
