Default App to move stuff directly to SD

So I just bought a used Breakout yesterday for cheap and realized that the internal memory is so low.Is there an app that will move things to the SD card automatically?

Thanks,also is there another way to root the phone?I tried using the method that was in the all rooted section but it couldn't find my device.I bought this phone for a backup purpose but wanted to use it for a while.Other phone is a Lucid,waiting for ICS to come out on it and I'll get back on that phone.

Have you installed the Pantech adb drivers? They should show up when you plug in the phone. Otherwise, try using Linux or Mac os.
