ONE OF 3 WAYS
ONE: DOWNLOAD APP [ANDROID ASSISTANT] And turn on 'turn off start and shutdown sounds.
TWO: download [7-zipper] and go into your system files [somthing] then [audio] area and push a file into it thats a quiet.ogg file
THREE: PUT YOUR PHONE INTO VIBRATE MODE SHUTTING DOWN AND IT TURNS BACK ON QUIET
