Has anyone rooted this phone? Other mods?

Just picked up one for my daughter. Nothing on other android developer forums either.

Seems someone over at XDA has done it (How To) Root your pantech crossover. 2.2.1 p8000 - xda-developers

Default Adb

I'm going to use adb to push the apps I want on it the ones I listed above try to edit the building prop to get better apps on the market and remove some bloat wear. I've. Never ran into so many brick walls with a phone I'm just glad its not mine.

it looks like someone over at XDA has gotten it to work and some have followed with success I am gonna be trying it here soon. *fingers crossed* http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1676757
