you are a real expert. The way u organize Root-Unlock-Relock pack is the best in my opinion. It really helps user like me to make a big thing happen to the fone. No need SDK, ADT, eclipse....
Again I am appreciated your work.

One question: If I changed my desktop to fluxbox, is there a console command I can run to get that "Phone view", or do I need to go back to one of the default WMs?

Updated:
Changes:
Added a ton of ROM's
Move a couple to inactive
Removed some dead/kang stuff
Updated kernels section
Added GSM unlock to Software Mods/Hacks section
Added my personal battery saver settings to misc section because I keep getting asked
Need to do:
Rewrite the entire root/unlock section.
Rebuild the root/unlock/relock pack
Reorganize the sections
Status of my "work":
Webtop on 2.3.5 is dead. There are multiple 2.3.5 releases and when fixed on one it breaks on another.
Webtop AOSP for CM7 and CM9 is dead until loop device support is added. There was some Ubuntu Installer links for CM9 that would have been helpful but the links are dead with no mirrors.
Imperium Initiative KANG is dead as there are newer 2.3.5 releases out there.
The Live ROM Conversion known as Universal DeBlur/DeBloat is dead due to the lack needed files and info from users to further tune on supported devices.

Can we please make this a sticky!
It seems like I'm the only one that is keeping Photon info updated on a regular basis across multiple sites. Is there any way we can please make this a sticky?

When running the software update the phone auto reboot and then did fail to boot, blah blah.....I read the response to fix it through Root/Unlock/Relock Tools and Guide. However when I click on download, it brings up the ilivid downloader. then it keeps redownloading the ilivid link. It never loops back to whatIam trying to download. Is there another way to get the drivers?

Hello,
I have had a reboot issue ever since I upgraded to 2.3.5.
My phone will randomly reboot 0-5 times a day and has recently enter into a boot loop that only a factory reset will cure.
Now after getting a replacement phone from Sprint, the second phone is doing the same thing (random reboots and boot loops).
FYI... I've used the photon-torpedo method to root both phones.
I've tried running with no 3rd party apps, just updates to original apps and still get an occasional reboot.

2.3.4
Shabby's root method works
Unlockable
2.3.5
Photon Torpedo root method is required for root
Shabby's method does not work
Locked with no way to unlock
@tl5k5
If without even trying to root you are getting reboot issues then there is an issue. If you are getting you replacements via Sprint then the replacement phones may very well be defective. As bad as this sounds you may need to go through a couple replacements to get a good one. I'm not sure if the policy has changed since I left but after a number of replacements you can request to be moved to a different device.
Thanks Lokifish,
I've heard there may be an issue with Photon's and switching between wireless AP's. This can cause some Photon's to reboot. I'm going to try running on 3G/4G only for a few days to see what the results are.
