I thought this had to be a joke when I saw it...it's not. To Americans fishing is as much part of our culture as guns. You'd think with everything going on right now loosing jobs over something so silly would be the farthest away from their minds.

Umm, if you'd do your research you'd see that this is for commercial fishing and that ESPN reporter is a total tool. It mainly pertains to a ban on the fishing of the bluefin tuna...which should have been done a long time ago. The commercial fishing companies have needed some heavy handed regulating a long time ago.
