Sorry if this is kinda late, I just joined the Forums today.
The LePan S has a "Reset" feature that is capable of clearing up a number of problems.
You need not worry about using it, because it is NOT a "factory reset," so it won't make any
serious changes to your tablet or your apps.
Since you didn't mention the Reset feature, I assume you are not aware of it. You can
find it on the upper right side, ON THE BACK of the LePan S. It appears as a tiny hole,
which, with the tablet on, you insert a paper clip or a toothpick into. Put it in and press
slightly until the screen shows a reaction. Then wait while your LePan reboots, about
a minute or so.
Resetting is needed occasionally for all Android tablets and phones. Some manufacturers
recommend doing it even as often as every few days, just to help "clear the wires." As for
myself, I only do it every 2 weeks OR when I see the tablet is acting peculiarly - - whichever
comes first.
