Ok. So this is not my phone, it is my mother's. Today she received a software update from MetroPCS. When the update was installing she had the freaking urge to remove the battery for some reason. Now that phone seems to be completely and utterly bricked. It won't turn on, it won't charge, it won't even start with the logo or anything.
So i hooked it up to my Windows PC via USB and it makes the little beeping sound as if it detected a USB device plugged in. I downloaded the drivers but the thing doesn't seem to recognize the phone.
I tried going to the "bricked" section of the LG Optimus F3 forums but when i tried to flash the new software it simply tells me that the phone cannot be detected.
I rooted this phone about a year ago but it was running stock software. Can anyone think of any possible solution?
