I am going to give your ROM a try on my z995. Is it pretty easy to switch back to stock? I put cm on my ascend and also put eclipse on my dx2 after flashing it from Verizon to cricket so I have some basic skills. My concern is I don't have any backup phones since my cricket act went to gsm. I just don't want to be stuck without a phone or hassle with getting act back to CDMA.

I assume make a backup in Philzcwm first then titanium backup, flash your zip (+gapps?), wipe data and cache, reboot, done.

Just want to make sure I can flash back to stock if needed. Thanks all for putting time into this.

Any progress on the cm11 project?

Getting back to stock is easy if you have a stock backup. I have a full stock rom i can upload for this device too. I got distracted after making it and never uploaded it. It has also never been tested. The rom in the OP is stock, just rooted, deodexed, and debloated.

Flashing should be done like the instructions in the OP.

I have not been keeping up on cm11 for these devices. Sorry.

That all depends on what your brick is? I had a bootloop brick, and with just attempting to flash then boot into recovery I was able to recover the phone. Oddly enough, I did not actually flash the recovery and booted into the stock recovery.
