Accessories Did I get a knock-off Otterbox Commuter case?

I got Otterbox Commuter Series case for my Galaxy S4. DW also has same series case for her HTC One X, but her case came with a box and screen protector, whereas mine came in a plastic bag, case only, no screen protector. The 'feel' of the case is different and it is not as snug fit as One X's. I am posting some pictures below, if anyone's eagle eyes can figure out the difference.

HTC case from ebay and Samsung case from Paydeals.com I paid $9.99 each.

eBay probably fake, but Paydeals looks like a real deal because they sell a lot of other less known brands, and Chinese copy-cat manufacturers usually go after big names like Otterbox or Spigen when making knock offs. Just strange that Paydeals selling it w/0 screen protectors or original packaging. Maybe they get it in bulk from original manufacturers, selling older models?
