Hey All!

I have some of the ROMs I said I would make a while ago! Here is what I have made:
  1. M150 Stock ROM
  2. M150 Unbrickable Stock ROM
  3. M150 Custom ROM (no theme yet)
  4. M15o Custom RedPill ROM
Instructions:
  1. Download and place onto phones SD card
  2. in GNM recovery, wipe all data. (The factory Reset option)
  3. go to flash zip menu, navagate to the zip file, and install it.
  4. reboot and enjoy!
I recommend you at least get the stock unbrickable version, but the Custom version comes with regular boot animations, ("bootanimation.zip") 4way shutdown menu, and some nice third party system apps to have on your phone (titanium backup, a flashlight app that works, old es file explorer, sd booster).
Screenshots will go up for all themes soon
They are in my OneDrive->Commando->Roms

oh geez, lets see...i Started back in my sophomore year, so early 2012. In ROM's alone, id say at least 75 hours, throw in the boot animation work, making a second recovery, themes, and making scripts...were looking at about 150 hours. Not including the hours spent directly helping people root/theme/save their phones...
also throw in making the videos for the guides...were over 200 hours :O
not to mention about 3-4 phones lost to the cause lol
as i always say,
"anything to make the phone more enjoyable"

I am working on updating the RedPill Rom to M150, looking to have it done around thrusday, friday latest.
the screenshots used for m130 are the same, so I can just use those. I can include screenshots of some of the third party "system apps" I added...

EDIT: M150 RedPill ROM completed last night, Pictures posted today.

yes, i the GPS has always been a problem, sometimes it works in a ROM, sometimes it does not...
What I have found to get it to work is to install a ROM that has it working, then install the actual ROM you want over it. It seems to work.
I know that the GPS works in RedPill M150, but i don't remember testing it in the other ROM's...whoops :(
Try installing the RedPill ROM, verify that it works, then install the one you want over it.

Looks like i have something to do this weekend lol

Edit: when I say "install over" I mean do a regular install, but without the data wipe. In the example above, the process would be
Wipe data
Install redpill
Reboot
install ROM you want

Question, I've installed the un-themed custom rom and gps isn't working, is that a known problem?

I installed the ROM and was unable to replicate the situation on my other 2 phones. Here is what I did:
factory data reset
Installed the ROM
rebooted
waited...
waited some more.........
connected to wifi and enabled gps
tapped on the weather widget on the far left home screen
tapped on update.
the icon in the notification bar came up, so the GPS was acquiring signal.
As far as I can tell, the GPS works. Maybe an incomplete download?
If by chance you meant that the GPS does not get a lock, try it outside first, then see if it can get a lock.

Took me a while to test this, GPS isn't a huge priority till your lost:)

Got it fixed. Tried a clean install of Red Pill, No luck.
Restore a backup of stock m130, GPS worked.
Restored backup of M150 unthemed on top of m130 stock and it's been working ever since.

Random aside but GPS works much better on this phone after tweaking with fasterGPS.

Thanks again for the great work. Really surprising to me that such a durable, reliable phone get so little love. That is my #1 priority in a phone.

hello willster, i am attempting to upgrade a casio c811 from jelly bean to the latest rom you have listed. i tried the link above for the downloads but it is now dead. would you happen to have these available somewhere else?
sorry for the late reply. This ROM is for the C771, not the C811
