If your a current customer your data will reset to the new plans when your cycle does.. Or you can force it by changing plans then going back.. It wont change by itself for the 20gb advanced plan.. If you have an LTE device you will need to change that plan manually. I did today and my data updated today

I confirmed this with cs

This is great news though!

I don't know why I would stick with $35/mo autopay for 2.5GB data/unlimited talk/text on Boost Mobile when I can get a BlackBerry Passport and put it on Cricket. Infact, I did that for my mom about a week ago. Now, there's really no incentive to stay on Boost. Sucks, I already have 6 months paid in advance on Boost, I'll just have to ride it out. Can't feel too bad though, AT+T coverage is just fine in central Arkansas where I'm located. Can't wait to get a BB10 device, I've always wanted one!

I wonder if Cricket is getting to big now since this recent promo. I am having no issues where I live, but I did refer a friend that live 45 minutes South of me in Miami. She hooked up 5 lines, and has had nothing but issues with Cricket. All 5 lines would receive only about 30% of the incoming calls, all other calls never rang on their lines and went straight to VM. Since these phones are being used for their business, this was concerning to them. They spent days trying to figure out the issue with Cricket, they even said Cricket had an activation issue in Miami for a few days. So they wait a few more days, but still the issue persisted. After a week of going back and forth with Cricket store and their online service, they were still not able to find the issue. I called one of there lines 8 times in a row, and not once did it ring on their device. This was with full bars of signal, replaced SIM cards, and 2 different phones. I'm sad to say, she cancelled 4 of the lines and took them to another carrier because they were loosing business, she decide to keep her line for now, but it has been a week since and she is still having the same issues, and she will be leaving Cricket also now. This is in a large metropolitan city of Miami, you figure this should not happen, but concerning enough, Cricket doesn't have an answer. The best part, when she called Cricket customer service yesterday, telling them she was leaving also, they said they had nothing in the system about her calling and complaining about the service. This does not make me very happy, since I referred her and convinced her to go to Cricket.

It's nice that they are increasing our data, but what is a service if it doesn't work, especially when this service is coming off of AT&T towers.

So I'm curious if anyone else on this forum in the Miami area is having this issue, so I can relay it back to her. Please advise, thanks all ;)

Back in October I had major issues but none recently.. Maybe ATT is having issues where your friend lives?

Oddly enough back in October was crickets other big data increase?? So I wouldn't doubt that cricket could be having issues. But none here as of now

I too have had no issues, but she lives 40 minutes south of me and constant issues, don't if she is also going to move, I will know more in a few days, but sad that they can't seem to resolve this issue.

I have never had any luck with TMO either, their coverage just isn't up to par here.. I have heard it's better, around here at least, but I am Happy with the ATT coverage and I am sure T-Mobile still isn't anywhere close to it haha

Yep I agree, and unless I start having issues, I ain't going anywhere any time soon.:D
