Hi

Just bought an Android Tv Box @ Christmas I had put off getting one as I was not sure what they were all about.I read that many reviews each one telling a different story of either how great these boxes were or that they were a complete waste of money.?
Anyway so far i am greatly impressed I can get SkySports ,BTSports,Eurosports channels which was one of the main reasons for getting the box.Movies & Tv shows are all in great quality one question I have noticed UK based Sports channels listed as HD quality but I never seem to get them to work cannot say my BB would be anything to do with it as I am running @ 100mbt.So are there any streams that will have HD UK Sports feeds ?

Huge thanks for any and all help given :D

Which Android TV Box did you get? I'm not sure on the HD UK Sports feeds but I'd love to hear more... if I could get US Sports through an Android TV Box I would ditch my cable TV contract.
Rob, is Sling TV available for Android TV?

That would certainly be a good start for ESPN.

And what about baseball - does this work on an Android TV?

If the NFL Sunday Ticket ever divorced DirecTV and moved to Android, I think that it would be all over except for the shouting.

What about http://gamecenter.nhl.com/nhlgc/cdsignup.jsp?cmpid=gcl-devices-van-url

Does that work on the Android TV.
If you're in the UK, Sky Go is for UK sports channels like football, but you have to pay a subscription. Anything else, I don't know and could be illegal.
There's no maybe about it, streaming protected content without paying in the UK is every bit as illegal as it is in the US and most definitely, discussing it is against our site rules.

I've received very strong complaints about the OP here for this very reason.

Wow. After you got the notice that your post on that was deleted, you saw fit to come back and repeat it?

*Reference removed - reason - copyright violation - the tool you referred to has obvious piracy feeds being supplied*

Media piracy is not a whole new ball game, it's been the subject of legislation, private lawsuits, and felony cases brought by the current US Federal administration to teach scofflaws that it's unacceptable.

And in support of the law as well as common sense -

Linking to pirated/illegal software: It's a shame I actually have to touch on this. Don't do it. It will be removed and repeat offenses will result in a ban.

Sorry about that i forget that now at days everything that is good is illegal i will not post any addons anymore
Thanks!

It's fairly recent, having only been illegal since before the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) of 1998, codifying the treaties of 1996.

Nearly 20 years now, but yeah, all the good stuff like theft being ok and being entitled to something for nothing just because you feel like it, that really is frowned upon nowadays.

I agree with you. It's just a rotten shame, isn't it.
