Thanx Jaynonchalant... Glad we were able to help... Well for the E911 List i think u can download mymetro and download it from there just go to settings of app n follow instructions ... Remember our telephony .apk thise not have those features.. Let me see if i can get it n it can be upload it.

Back camera not working for me. Anyway this can get fixed? Other than that fast and stable rom.

Hroark13 built a special kernel for phones like yours it will get the back camera working but you still won't have flash and the front camera will have a blue tint. It has its own thread here in the all things root forum. He made one for the kitkat port and one for cm11. The one for cm11 might work with this ROM but there are no guarantees since it wasn't made specifically for carbon.

Any word on a working Bluetooth patch ? I would like to use this as my daily driver but without Bluetooth my smart watch is useless. Bluetooth right now is only on a disconnecting loop

I've answered this in another thread. Just want to mention here that this issue is not an issue of the Carbon ROM per se. I wouldn't want anyone reading this thread to wrongly attribute this issue to Carbon.

* Either backup rom or backup ur files by renaming originals with... ( .bak ) @ the end..
*Copy n paste all in the correct folders
The first 2 are for the SYSTEM/ETC
The. Ones on the snd. On the snd folder...
**** all files need to wr.r.r (644) permissions & ROOT/ROOT Owner.
** must need to have a way to clear cache...***
Reboot. Twice just in case

Thanks.. I'll try em out...

I usually just use the build and sitar files... I might have forgot to replace the originals....

But, my sitar file is a monstrosity... Lol... things are waaaaayy toooo loud... because my ears ring 24/7..so things have to be high pitched and stupid loud....

I'll try these out...I wasn't complaining about the echo... I think it's funny...

The sistar i have its not that loud...
The only issues are its no control when using speaker phone on a call but that an issue with the app n kernel.

it was low for my taste....i threw my sitar back in there...notifications are startling...just the way i prefer.....

the echo thing ....no one that ive talked to on the phone has complained...or noticed the echo is gone......

maybe it is ......

my latest mystery is to figure out whats killing pandora after each song ends .what i did to get itlike that...and what i need to undo without messing up all the other things that are working together in my mish mashed harmony..

i used 3c toolbox to link all the storage folders to my external...i linked the cache folder ...and at the risk of bootloops i linked usbdisk ...but the problem with that is....you can tap mount usbdisk till your finger bleeds and that's not what it mounts or i'm just a noob grasping at silly straws....

do not link the apps folder....lol...it drags everything to a drag and bootloops the first attempt to reboot....and besides that...i can't tell...no real benefits ...

For the pandora app try forces stop. Clear cache.. N restart.... Or reboot if its still giving u issues go to settings, data usage check if background data its been closed... Just click on app to check if its been closed .. If u are using 3cTools... pop Pandora or any other app then go to 3c task manager check if it has x red n not gray....
And for the calls just ask the caller if the hav echo or any bracking on the call

If you're using xposed to block pandora ads and allow unlimited skips, it could be a setting in there. For Pandora 5.5 whenever I would enable the ability to download songs in mp3 format off of pandora, it would start the app with an infinite loading screen. Disabling it fixed it.

i quit using xposed with CARBON ....it was always one of the first apps i installed to defeat the "no space in the case" warning....
only for it to be the last app i can install...and not get to my backups ...or a browser i want..or a launcher id rather use....

i got tired of the race......i've read somewhere...i could be wrong...i'm not bright at all...that Xposed in most cases does'nt have any plugins that jive with CARBON.....

i mean...it has all those great plugins for kit kat imulsion and gravity...but i would race to install "downloads to sd" and all the force stuff to sd plugins.....even the sd fix apps from jrummy and so on in the play store ....

you can install every app2sd variant ...and nothing will open up an option to "move to sd" ...it does'nt exsist

and Cthulhu help me if i get all that rigamaroll installed and pandora hit the "tiny brain space"wall.......NO .....

START OVER....i'd need a zanex and a dang cigarette(a joke) after every ROM flash.......

yah..i changed build...it's probably something i fiddled with in sitar.....

and the PANDORA situation was'nt caused by 3c...i fixed the excluded thing...it still crashes...i'm gonna just back up this build with TWRP ...do the files for sound

install an older release of PANDORA and see if that fixes that...then this phone will be worth that much more to me again
