OK, then where did you get the recovery that allowed you to do that?

You had to have added that recovery, it's not stock, it didn't come with the phone.

Great. Made by this idiot, who's in denial about his expulsion from XDA.

Which you probably got from here -

http://hasoon2000.info/?device=One 2014 (M8)

Which you probably thought would work with your dual sim model because it says M8.

Next time, promise yourself that you won't use a toolkit without asking about your situation and what you want to do first.

Fortunately, I may have found a way out for you.

Hopefully that has all of the pieces you need.

Good luck!

ive downloaded those files and followed the instructions when type command number 3 in my phone goes black and has htc in white in the middle of the screen ,when i type in command 4/5 i get
error: cannot open 'firmware.zip,
The firmware.zip has to be in the same folder as fastboot, and you need to have your command window open to the same folder.

In the command window say -

dir

To see a file listing - both files have to be there to work.

I can't but I can point you to the right place.

Llabtwofer is a good site but I don't know why they give the downloads without instructions for their setup.

I think that your best bet is to ask others over there how they did it.

Btw - if that's a zip installer that you just put on your SD card and it automatically fastboot installs, you want to remove it after the update.

Big shout out to @MichalG for the tip.
