So I was thinking.. Wouldnt it be awesome if there was a checkbox within google calendar which disables the stock Android alarm?
I have my alarm clock set 24/7 on my phone, so it goes off during the week and is silent in the weekends. But when I have a day off work, I usually do not need to get out of bed the same time as I would on a workday.
Usually I have a Reminder in my calendar for a day off since most of the times it means I have some kind of appointment.
It would be great if I could just check a box while setting this appointment. This way I wont forget to enable my alarm for the day after, since I didnt need to disable it in the first place. This prevents me from being late the next day, yet it lets me sleep in on the day of my appointment.
I hope I have made my random thought clear for you guys. I'd like to hear some feedback on my idea why it would be a bad or good idea. I would definitly use it if the option excisted (if it already excists, can you show me where or how?)
