Root [Virgin Mobile] Looking for the most stable ROM

I purchased a Galaxy S3 from ebay to upgrade from my LG Optimus F3. It came with 4.1.2, so I added custom recovery and SuperSU. It was super simple and no-fuss by following the guidelines (though this isn't my first rooting rodeo).

I have backed up thus far to an external SD.

I'm not a power user or developer, like many of you. No bells and whistles needed -

I'm simply looking for the most stable custom ROM out right now. Is there a consensus as to what that is?
I would prefer to be as new a version of Android as possible.

I found this thread (MK5 Stock NO KNOX) but it doesn't seem to give any information or ROMs to download.

Am I stupid? Have I missed something?

Can you give me any recommendations?

SPH-L710 - MD7 modem - L710.14 hardware version - Pretty sure it doesn't have KNOX

I've already gotten Philz recovery on it. I've been hemming and hawing about picking a ROM since I made the first post.

I'm just looking for a ROM that -
1) Isn't buggy
2) runs 4.4.4 (or 5.x if it isn't buggy)

I don't buy the newest phones or the latest gadgets so I just want a ROM that works.

I was going to go with LiquidSmooth (based on a review I saw) but DrDevs.com appears to be down as of this writing

Knox doesn't matter. But md7 is old. You should update your firmware to at least NDC. As for Roms, you just have to try some. There aren't any built just for virgin. Use Roms for D2lte or D2spr. And you need the APN fix for data to work.
here are some Roms. 4.4.4 Roms. 5.x Roms are pretty good, but right now the stock camera is broke on all of them (5.x)

here is the NDC stock tar for Odin so you can update.

here is my favorite ROM. Wicked S5 Xperience.

here is the APN fix. Flash it after flashing any Roms to fix LTE data.
