Root [ROOT][CWM][R910/R915][GPL] Indulge All in One Root and ClockworkMod for Win/Intel Mac/Linux

I have cdma workshop 2.7 and CdmaDevTermV.2. After using your method by going to dial pad and typing in ##8778# then changing modem/pda settings to modem, then going back to dial pad and typing in ##33284# it took me to the screen to edit advanced settings. The pst code was 000000. Anyhow, after changing those settings I was able to get CdmaDevTermV.2 and QPST to connect to my phone without an issue. I will work on rooting my Indugle later but I have a galaxy s2 epic 4g touch I wanted to flash to my cricket service. I had it working on cricket before but only got talk and basic txt in and out so I wanted to connect my Indulge to pull the NV list and data from it to flash to my galaxy s2 because after porting my Straight talk phone number to my cricket account and changing the phone number on my galaxy s2 it somehow lost cricket service on it leaving me to use my Indulge again. Now I was able to pull what I needed off the Indulge (thank you for the help connecting it to my pc) and I reflashed my S2 and its now once again back on Cricket network. Now I have to re-activate my S2 back to cricket and once again try to get the data connection working so I can send and receive sms and mms messages as well as get 3/4g working over the cricket network if possible.
I know galaxy s2 don't have anything to do with this forum thread but its the main reason I was trying to root my indulge thinking it had to be rooted to pull the data from it and get it to connect to cdma/qpst. Thank you once again for the help

Wow, was checking old posts of mine, and noticed the links were dead here, sorry I've been kind of retired from Android for a while, due to massive working hours...

Anyways, not only did I redo the links from my dropbox account, but I did a much overdue update to the windows script, which disables the Windows Antimalware Service temporarily, just to be able to copy to the root exploit over to the phone. The service is restarted once the files are copied. Any other antivirus products will still need to be disabled due to the stupid fact that the android root exploit is listed as a virus by most scanners, even though it is harmless to the Windows OS.

I should have updated this years ago, so sorry for the inconvenience.

I know this might be very old news for a very old device, but I figured I'd update this nonetheless.

Even if no one ever uses this again... I'm still proud of the work it took to get it done, and I still think it's all a rather clever piece of scripting! Anyone who digs shell scripting should check out the sources :)
