Help The phone is busy

Yesterday our daughter called my wife's phone and she said she got a popup message that said 'The phone is busy. Our daughter has Verizon on an iPhone. My wife an I both have MetroPCS on Samsung Galaxy S4s. My wife called her and got the same popup message. This seems strange. What is happening. As a side note My wife an I got new numbers on our phones.

If you're not getting any calls and everyone who calls you gets that message I'd call Metro and ask them about it.

It only happened when our daughter called, (She has Verizon on iPhone) Other calls in/out work fine. Maybe it was a congestion problem.

Yeah, like you said if it happens a once or just a few times then its no big deal. However, something similar happened to my phones where I couldn't call my parents cell (all MetroPCS), it would just go straight to voice mail or say phone is busy.

Had to call MetroPCS and they reset the network or something, they used a different word for it but I can't remember now.
