[Official] Cricket Referral Discussion Thread, No Links

With that being said I strongly suggest those that have not been paid but have been approved for over 4 weeks to email spark.. That way if your referrals are lost, it will at least get you in line to have yours tracked down and paid out..

Again they said none are lost but I'm not sure how well I trust that..

It's come to the point that they are not even replying back now, I have more now and still no credit and no word form them. We need to find a way to get a hold of these people, emailing is not working, I also did a chat with Cricket, and they refer to deal with Spark, not too happy with how they are dealing with this.

Here is my answer, I wish they would of told me this before as to my totals and the renewal date, now I know. See below, only took 15 emails to get a response, LOL

I posted a new link, for my wife's account. Even though mine renew now, I will use hers for the next 10

I will post in the link thread, to make sure those that have 10 referrals, remove there link or lets us know and we will remove it for them.

Thank you for contacting Cricket Support. I apologize for the troubles that you have had in getting a resolution to your issue. Our referral program allows for a maximum of 10 referrals in a one year period which renews on your activation date each year. Your account met the maximum for your cycle going from 3/30/14-3/30/15 in November of 2014. Since your year just started over you may begin to refer new customers and receive credits going forward, however, any referrals done before 3/30/15 will not apply since you had already met the maximum number for that referral year. I apologize for any inconvenience and the time it took getting an answer to your question. Thank you again for contacting Cricket Support and have a great day!

Well it ticks me off BC I loose 8 referrals that i could of used under my wife's code. Now I know better, I will count them, would be nice if they told you when you hit 10. Anyways lesson learned, I switched it with the wives for now, and when she reaches 10, then I'll put mine back, as they say, Ces La Vie ;)

Well, I am new to Cricket as of last October and haven't received ANY referral credits yet, so there is no way I bumped up against an annual cap. I am still waiting for the three that were supposed to post in January, and since my last email from Spark asking me to be patient as they were still checking I haven't heard a peep from them. On March 30th they said they were still looking into it, and since then I've heard nothing.

Last week I got two emails that two more had been approved and would be posting to my account in the next four weeks. I'm not holding my breath. I guess I'm just going to have to keep nagging them.

I didn't get that email either. I still haven't received my first three referrals. Tomorrow marks two weeks since they said they were going to escalate it and someone would be in touch with me (no one has contacted me). I'm going to ping them again tomorrow.

This week I did received two credits that I earned AFTER the initial three, but the initial three that I should have gotten more than two months ago are still M.I.A.

Quick update. Three weeks ago Spark told me someone would be contacting me about my missing credits. I emailed 8 days ago following up and again today. No one has contacted me. Two referrals I did later appeared as they should have, but my original three from November that were approved in January and should have been paid in February are still M.I.A.

If anyone has any suggestions about another way to reach out other than via email with Spark support I'm all ears. This is ridiculous now.

Thanks,

Gary
