I used to had it removed, but by mistake uninstalled the tool that helped me remove it so its here again, and i dont remember the name of that tool.. http://oi58.tinypic.com/25je3q9.jpg

i dont even know if im rooted... that must sound so dumb, but yeah. mine's Samsung galaxy S Duos S7562. i was using go launcher, i think somehow i hid that thingie with go, but now when i installed it again i cant find how to do it. so i uninstalled it and im using the free Nova Launcher. i cant purchase the full one cuz im from europe..

Ah, ok. If you don't know if you are rooted, you probably aren't and this just seems like an option in the Go Launcher. (to hide that selection bar).

Since you could not find it again in Go, and now are on Nova Launcher, I'm not sure as I do not use that launcher.
Perhaps someone who uses Go may be able to help or Nova (if the option exists ;) )

You could try Next Launcher. That is the one I use and does not have that bar up top.... (although I am using the paid version so not sure if the Lite version will fit your needs)

the option of hiding that thing exists in full version -.- since i cant get it, i guess theres no way for me. ugh, sucks
But you were able to hide it in the free version?

Tasker

... they will change the way you think.

Since all three have save/restore capabilities ... all of a sudden a Factory Data Reset is a little unpleasant as opposed to a bewildering problem.
