Help Google play store doesn't connect to internet

Hello guys, I went into Play Store when it says I don't have the internet connection, even I have the fine internet, same situation with opening the left side.

How to make the WiFi signal to be blue?
What method I want to do without factory reset?

I have XTouch F81, Android 4.2.2, and WiFi.

Try going to WiFi setting, holding on your WiFi network and clicking advanced settings. Ensure the proxy is set to none.

It's worked for a few others.

Download “playstore fix” app from local stores from web if you are rooted...if not rooted follow these steps:-
GOTO settings>apps> google playstore>clear data and clear cache
And do it for google play service, and google framework,....hope this will work...

It fixed after deleting Freedom app and it worked but my play store saw only apps with categories.

What are the contents of your /system/etc/hosts file?
