My name is Ryan and I'm the community manager at SwiftKey. I've come here to help others with my Android knowledge, post my own questions and also virtually hangout.

I have a Moto X 2014 and hate how it constantly overheats!

Just got a SwiftKey update today on my Asus ZenFone2 & HTC M9.Using Clarity on the NoteEdge & stock mfg keyboard on the LG G Stylo (quite good actually).
ATM,I have four mobile devices & change-up more frequently than I should. :paperbagdroid:

However,I do keep my profile/information page up to date.
If you'd like something checked out that seems to be device-specific,don't hesitate to look me up. :thumbsupdroid:

Hi Ryan welcome to AF. You'll love it here, I know it I do, very helpful and nice people. Love SwiftKey btw only keyboard that seems to fit me.

That's the best way I communicate looking for specific types of issues/devices.

It may make things easier for you,but,I'm not in the habit of joining groups where my e-mail address is so readily available/published.
You guys already have it,that should be enough.
Make some changes to where it's a bit less intrusive & I'll consider joining.

Hey, Ryan. Is there a reason SwiftKey can't predict anything very well the last couple days or so? It's been really aggravating me lately because it's acting stupid. It's an awesome keyboard when I can make it read my mind.
I don't know. Maybe I've come to expect it to be perfect all the time, as I've been training it for a couple of years now and my finger gets a little lazy sometimes. Maybe.
I'm also losing my butt at chess lately, which also is unusual.
It must be my hand/eye coordination.
Never mind. :thinking:

We may have access to your email but no one else does. That is how Google set up beta testing. Nothing we could do about that until recently. We are looking at a better way to release the beta though. Contact information when using betas I think should be excepted. As a business, we'd want to contact all users re, feedback, etc.

The choice is obviously yours. But I can assure you no one has access to your email but us. We don't send out a ton of emails either, just regarding a new version becoming available with release notes.

If in the case predictions seem off, what I highly recommend is, make sure you have backup and sync on. From there, go into apps manager, clear cache and data. Then resign into Cloud, adjust settings, etc. This should make an impact.

Or as you said, it could be an eye/hand coordination thing. =D

Thank you. Been using it a lot for 2 days now and it's behaving much better.
