Can you get into Download mode,Like James asked?
If so,You can flash the stock firmware:

Be sure to use your phones variant,And remove your sim card before flashing the stock firmware,As it will wipe the sim card clean.Then when your done flashing back to stock,Put sim card back in and update.

Where did you get it? Some places like Ebay or Aliexpress (censored but it's that place that makes frankenphones) make frankenphones which use different models than stated, (lets say they claim it to be a D802 but it's a D800 and ect.) I'd open it up to make sure before you restore via download mode.
