Root I have messed up

This is entirely my fault, so if you can't help I completely understand. Absolute idiocy on my part. I rooted my vibe tonight finally after years of trying. Immediately I installed titanium backup, backed up my system app, and started ripping it apart. I was very happy with where I was at. I removed just about everything except chrome, the flashlight and the play store. Then I noticed that for some reason the home key and the one next to it would not work. So I restored my apps, and did a reset. Well when I reset the phone all the apps I thought I had restored are gone. Chrome works but will not download anything. The play store will not work. The settings app crashes and will not let me open it. I am at a dead end with a work around. The only thing I can imagine being able to do is putting the phone into fastboot, and flashing the phone. But I need to know how to 1 put the phone into fast boot as the method I read earlier(holding power, camera and volume up) isn't doing anything but turning the phone on and off over and over. I also do not have the .img i need to reflash the phone. Does anyone have a method I could use and or have the back up of the stock image?
