My father just won this phone and I'm trying to set it up but as I come from iOS, I'm having some hard time. First of all, I tried to update the system to latest version but system keeps saying: "No new software available" or something like that... but is it running 4.4.2.
In order to get some help, I believe I need to provide the following information:
