Who loves this phone?

The camera on the M9 is crap, on a recent trip overseas my girlfriend's iPhone 4S took substantially better quality pictures than my M9, remarkable considering the M9 is a 20 megapixel camera compared to the 8 megapixal iPhone 4s.

I previously had a Samsung S4 and I really regret not staying with Samsung. The only feature I like about the M9 is the speaker, apart from that the Samsung was better in every single way. Unfortunately I got the phone through a Telco on a 24 month contract so stuck with it for a while to come yet....

Hmmm,
I just bought this phone on Verizon for my daughter to use for movies and the camera.
I am a Galaxy S5 owner (times 2) and well versed with those, really like the S5, but the audio is crap for movies.

all the other posts were warm and fuzzy, but this one post.
I suppose her experience will let me know how it does for her. She put up with a Lumina MicroSloth WinPhone for 3 years, so she knows it is Trial and Error getting it to work like you want.

Well ... Finally made the change - switched for crap Sprint coverage (here in Phoenix) to ATT and traded in my well loved HTC One M7 for the HTC One M9. Initial impressions are Good - everything seems a bit smoother, clearer and faster ... Nothing earth shattering, but for sure better/improved :)

Sprint and ATT are very different - anyone that has been on ATT for a while, please help with any tips or must adds/changes! Seems ATT really loads up your storage space, I'm at 17GB already with very few apps/music/photos. I noticed on my M9 it doesn't have the Developer Option in the settings menu? Or a way to update your Profile or PRL? And why can you just check for "Software Update" once every 24 hours? Probably more differences, but I haven't had a lot of time to play with the phone just yet...

* Need to find the info (isn't there a guide or thread on that somewhere) on setting up the parameters on the camera to improve picture quality here soon... any tips?

Got to find a good lower $ case here soon - phone is a bit slippery :( Plus I want my kickstand back ASAP!
Is there a way to make any changes to sound, like a graphic equalizer or something?

Is it up to date? Android 5.1 / Sense 7.0 / Software 2.6.502.18

Thanks ... Tim:cool:

As for the bloat uninstall/disable what you can in Settings > Applications > & deleting data from the unused apps/bloatware

Or a way to update your Profile or PRL?
No PRL's on GSM phones,APN's yes,but,as you're phone is an AT&T branded phone,no updating is necessary,they don't change often,as PRL's do.

And why can you just check for "Software Update" once every 24 hours?

That's just AT&T being AT&T,get used to slow updates. But,at least you have decent service.
