Help What happens to phone calls if I put my VZ LTE SIM in an iPad?

Pretty straightforward question. I'm on a grandfathered UDP with a NOTE 4 (developer ed - rooted) that I really use just for surfing the web and watching videos. I changed jobs so I started to use the phone for calls but discovered that I could auto-forward the number (VZ *72- service) to my new company phone. With that and VZ Messages, I get everything that goes to my NOTE on my company phone.

That started me thinking about moving my SIM to a larger device. So what would happen to my forwarded calls and texts if I put the SIM in an iPad mini (for example but would it matter if I used a larger NOTE tablet instead)?

Will I loose the call bit or will they still all forward to my other phone?

TIA
DLM

1st off, once you setup the Forwarding, your phone/device has nothing to do with the call after that.
pull the sim, throw it away, put it in something else....

isn't going to matter, the calls will still be forwarded until you cancel Call Forwarding.

I'm on VZW and have used *72 and *73 (to cancel) a lot.

you can cancel it thru the website also, or worst case, thru VZW CS.

I can't speak for trying to use the sim in an iPad, don't have a clue how that will work.

but in a bigger Note, it should work fine.
