Hi everyone. I have a Galaxy 551 that is suddenly unable to start without some help. Either I need to reboot it (T key + hold power button, etc.), or connect it via USB to my laptop. It starts up no problem using one of those methods. It will stay on, and is usable like normal, but when I turn it off it won't start up without help from a reboot or USB. Removing the battery and putting it back in doesn't fix it.
It hasn't been dropped or experienced any other trauma; no water damage; it's been well taken care of, and used only as a phone. No data plan, that sort of thing. Very basic usage.
Any idea what's wrong, and how to fix it? Getting a new phone is not an option at this time, so if there's a way to fix this one, any help is appreciated.
