ITT: Android Forums staff fail to count to ten.

You are interpreting the original question oddly ... we all had 10 and some of us had some additions we thought were important. The question was "10" and not "10 and only 10".

(Thank you for introducing me to logic Mrs. Haas.)

While I certainly won't chastise you for including bonus suggestions, the request was to list "your ten favorite" apps. Are we to assume that the first 10 are your favorites? If so, then you like your apps alphabetically. ;)

(Thanks for introducing me to set theory Ms. Groh ... I had a crush on her in grade school, too. She was cute. :D )

This is one topic I don't mind seeing re-hashed from time to time,as there's usually at least one app I'll take a good look at that I hadn't considered (or heard about):

Not in any particular order:
1) Apex Launcher Pro https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anddoes.launcher.pro
2) SD Maid Pro https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.thedarken.sdm.unlocker

Off the top of my head, from recent usage:

Nova Launcher
RealCalc Plus
Business Calendar 2 (though I have multiple calendar apps installed, no one is best for everything)
Squid (formerly Papyrus) (on my tablet, for annotating documents)
Ghostery (currently my most-used browser)
Maps.ME (need to test the supposedly improved offline features of Maps though)
Chomp SMS
AquaMail/MailDroid Pro (AquaMail makes better use of the tablet's screen, on a phone I could use either, both have minor features I prefer)
Train Times UK (live departure board widget on one of my homescreens)
PowerAmp or Neutron (yes, I have and use both, e.g. a long, on-going series or audiobook on one while switching to the other for music).
