Hi all,

I really need help how to reset(factory) this tv box(A10-A20WS Andriod 4.2.2os Dual Core 1080P HD Smart TV Box 1GB DRR3+4GB Nand Flash Streaming Media Player Android TV Player White)

There should be a place on the box to stick a toothpick/pin in to reset box

i alreday did it....but i dont know how to reset with usb/sd

Well I would think you would have to be in the OS to do that.

Hi... I've only just joined this site so you've probably sorted this by now but if not here is the answer to your problem.

First unplug your power lead
The reset button is located in the A/V port on the back of the device.
Using a small screwdriver or tooth pick, place it into the port until you feel a click
Hold the reset button down
Insert the power cord while continuing to hold the reset
Once you see the android robot, it is then safe to release the reset button.

Have you tried downloading and flashing the firmware for your box.. make sure you get the right build number for your box before flashing the firmware. Try this site it's where I got mine from.

If this isn't your firmware then goto top of page and check through all the others they have.
Also you will need to make a bootable sd card to put the firmware on to first. Try this site follow instructions.

Got everything I needed from this site worked first time, so again check you have the right build number before proceding once you have your bootable sd card with your firmware then follow the instructions I said before but with your sd card inserted first.

Try starting the box in "safe mode" then re-install the app that is causing trouble
