The title pretty much describes what I am looking for, but it needs to work on a Samsung Note 4, or a Samsung Galaxy S5.
I have tried all of the apps I could find in Play Store, and one of them kind of works:
Hearing Aid Master
but it has a lot of echo in it that confuses the issues.
Also, has too much delay which causes conversation issues.
