MLSS, thanks for the advice. After reset, storage showed the right info, No more random restarts, and no google products crashing so far. Been a few days. Thanks
This "Sharp Aquos Crystal Mod #306SH is a great looking cellular phone but I had trouble with the using some apps and I needed to download as many apps to my SD card as possible but I had a hard time with this phone. Many of the Tech Support folks acted like it is me that is messed up instead of the phone, so I took it back to the Boost store where I got it after one day, they said it was OK and I wasn't using it correctly!? The "Boost Store" which had Boost signs everywhere and the phone number said it was Boost but the Customer rep there (after my purchase) said: Oh we aren't a Boost Company Store! Everything about it said: "BOOST MOBILE" anyway, the girl did a soft reset and sent me on my way!
Boost Mobile Corporation has a 14 day no questions asked return policy but the store I got mine at would not honor it! When I got a real Boost Company Agent on the phone, they simply said for me to take it to a Boost Mobile Store (which I never found) so they just lost me in cyberspace. So I sent the stubborn phone to Sharp Warranty Services. They received the phone, by their own admission: they returned the phone after doing nothing more than an assessment and my stuff was still on the phone, so we all know that means, the most they did, was a soft reset and sent it back! As far as I know, it still has never worked properly! I almost never hear it ring and I may not get any voicemails for a week or more from the date they were left in my voicemail!?
Now, that's it as far as the phone goes but Boost Mobile Customer Service number 1 (866) 402-7366 from the Internet is nothing more that a telemarketing line which holds you for ransom to talk to Boost Mobile Rep! When I have reached a Boost Mobile Rep in the past, I asked her for my account number (they keep it hidden from customers) because as she said: Customers only want it, so they can switch companies and port their phone numbers! They use your cell number to access the website with the 4 digit number given to everyone by Boost Mobile Agent when you sign up! I was amazed but after all of that, the lady asked why I wanted my account number and I just said for my record anyway after much time, she said it's so you can leave Boost, right? I said yes, she offered me a free month and a new (low end Smart phone) and I didn't take her offer immediately because I needed to think about it (she assured me I could do it if I called back in a week or so) and when I called back and finally got through, the rep said NO WAY! I called back today and after almost an hour, the rep said the computers are down! That's way to common too! Since Boost Mobile Customer Service is so hard to contact, I want to sale my (Like New) Sharp Aquos Crystal Mod #306SH for $30 + $5 = $35 to first person who wants it. It may well be that I just don't know how to make the correct adjustments to make the phone work correctly and because the phone's good attributes, a huge screen, overall size and weight make it a very nice Smart Phone for a Boost Customer. I'll give a case (some minor scuffs), but it protects the phone from damages from drops etc. so If you're interested, please email me at this email address:
electrikn@gmail.com and we can finish the deal. Thanks, jerry b baker <><
