Apps Android studio bluetooth conexion

Hi!
I'm currently developing an app to control by Arduino robotic arm via Bluetooth.
But after reading lots of tutorials on how to program a BT conexion, I'm very confused.
Indeed, I just enabled BT with btAdapter.enable(), but then I'm having trouble finding devices, activating BT, and sending data.
I need the simplest code as possible cuz' it's my first app.
Thanks in advance for an answer...
