Smartshare.cloud app

Hi.
I just got the Lg G4 a couple days ago.
I use drop box frequently and I downloaded a file I regularly use to my new phone.
A notification came up in the notifications panel that the download was successful. I cleared the notification and went and used my document. This was Friday.
Yesterday (Saturday) I wake up and find the notification there again.
I went and cleared it but it kept coming back. Again today (Sunday) the notification keeps coming back.
I have gone in and turned notifications off for drop box, disconnected my drop box account from the downloads and file manager apps and turned notifications off for both of those as well and yet the notification continues to appear.
When I hold the notification it shows
"Smartshare.cloud" I can't find this app on my phone ANYWHERE!!#
Please help me to stop having this notification show up!!!!

When I long pressed it all it did was show the screen shot I included. When I press on it, it goes to the "downloads" app and there is no menu available in the app to turn off notifications. I turned them off by going into the phone settings but it is still doing it.
I purchased the phone from Wal-Mart wireless and phoned them and the guy there suggested turning the phone on and off again. Since ive done that it hasn't come back but sometimes it takes a couple hours and that was only an hour or so ago.

He means if you drag down the notification panel as you have in the screen shot then long press the smart share notification, think it's about 3 seconds and the notification gets a bit darker, spreading from middle out. Then it will show an "info" sign on the left, press the notification again and will take you to at app settings for that specific app where you can alter preferences, clear app cache etc.
