Great example of "how the sausage gets made" (for any show or film)
Cardboard sets, a mere 50 feet away from some other phony sit-com set, multiple (sometimes clever) camera angles, miles and miles of footage recorded, rolling disorganized takes........
And then some heroic editor digests all of it, turns it into something we the consumer view as "the finished product", the only way it could possibly be. When the truth is, there were an infinite number of potential finished products, "final episodes"; Depending on the creative decisions made after the lights have been turned off, and the actors have all gone home for the day.
