It was only a matter of time. WhatsApp has announced it will begin sharing user data with Facebook. WhatsApp says the shared data will allow them to add ways for users to communicate with businesses, hear from banks about frauds, or get notified about flight delays. It sounds a lot like WhatsApp will get access to Facebook Bots.
The info that will be shared includes your phone number, profile name, photo, online status, status message, last seen status, and receipts.
