Help Is it safe to delete all Misc. files?

In my device in internal storage_misc files has taken 6.1gb of my space...is it safe to delete them all?
I do have a sd card of 32gb but still

I have like 200mb of misc files that seem to be left behind from uninstalled apps and shit.. I wanna remove it all but I'm not so sure if any of this is important or not. Is it safe to delete all of this shit?

It's probably not safe. That's where your files are kept. It's not usually useless garbage. Use a file explorer to check what is actually there.

I'd dump anything that's relative to uninstalled apps but leave the rest, the apps you still use may rely on that miscellaneous data.
And when you are uninstalling an app, don't just hit the 'Uninstall' button. Tap it's 'Force stop' button and then the 'Clear data' button before you tap the 'Uninstall' button. Clearing the data 'should' remove everything. (A lot of apps don't necessarily remove everything when you uninstall them, that way if you reinstall an app the settings and other things are still there.)

You can't delete all of your "misc" files. "misc" just means "everything else", i.e. everything that isn't app, music, photo, video. So this also includes all of the system partitions, which probably make up the majority of that space and which you cannot delete (and would brick the phone if you could). It's a terrible name because many people assume it means "unnecessary junk", and I'm pleased that my HTC describes this more correctly as "system & other" rather than "misc".

As for the rest, i.e. ones that you could in principle delete, some of those will be junk and some may be very important. Just being classified as "misc" by the storage menu tells you nothing about whether they are needed or not. So you need to see what they are and decide case by case - @svim's advice above is solid: clear out stuff left from uninstalled apps, you can also clear caches and look for other unwanted stuff in your /sdcard folder, but if you don't know what a file or folder is for don't just delete it on the assumption that it's unnecessary.
