Help Galaxy Note - home screen keeps telling me the page in voice

Try this Settings Application manager. Google text to speech engine. Open and force stop. Worked for my updated Galaxy note s10.1 Merry Christmas RonB22999

I've been dealing with this issue for MONTHS! And it was Battery Doctor that was doing it... Bye-bye, doctor... And thank you so much, Sedienalee!

Today I had this very annoying experience with 'the voice' on my Galaxy SII and it doesn't seem as if there is one straight forward answer. I worked my way through all the great suggestions that people have previously made and this combination worked for me:

Go to settings > Application Manager > swipe the apps to the left until you get to "ALL" then I chose the apps I had most recently updated and either disabled them or uninstalled the updates. Then I tried the apps to see if the voice had returned.
For me it was only when I uninstalled Google tts updates and went back to the Google tts factory setting that the problem went away. Thanks everyone and on this occasion especially to gorkxs and ttar.

Hey I faced the same problem...! Got to the settings and click on accessibility and check if u have given acces to any other application other than your mother domain...in my case I gave accessibility to clean master and it caused all that trouble..so check out wd all the apps u gave accessibility to....I know what a pain it is with that sound buzzing after everything u do!

Did you intall CM security in your device? If so, that's probably the problem. I had the same problem and it's gone after uninstalling the app.

Tried that. Didnt work

Found out both IObit AMC and DU Battery saver were causing the problems

Your post made me check this and both IObit AMC and DU Battery saver were causing the problems
