Trouble getting a replacement

I'm trying to make this short. Plenty of frustrations I can list.

tl;dr Tmo customer service sucks, I want a v10 replaced with a v10. What is my best route to make that happen?

-my v10 went into boot loop
-Assurant replaced with a bad v10 (-$175 and a week)
-have to go through tmo for a replacement
-a week later, I receive an s6
-contact customer service (through fb, phone, and in store) and they say it is a week wait for v10. I tell them I've already waited that long and I'm afraid to put in a new order and "lose my spot". They do it anyways.
-receive a g5
-contact customer service (through fb, phone, and in store) and they say it is a week wait for v10. I tell them I've already waited 2 weeks and I just want to wait for v10 to become available.
-receive an s6

It has now been over a month since I've had a working V10. The guy at the store has been as helpful as possible and no one seems like they know what they are doing. I've been told that there is no way my order could have been changed from a v10 to an s6/g5, that I will receive a v10, etc. The facebook messenger conversations are ridiculous with at least 15 different people butting in (2 times people jumped in excited that they found my device has been delivered (s6 and g5).

Is there anything I can do to just get it replaced with a new v10?
Sometimes I will get the answer that they have no v10's available for warranty replacement and that is why I receive the g5 and s6. I tell them to put in the notes that I will only accept a v10.

After posting this I tried one last time and asked to speak to a supervisor after getting the same "7 day wait for the v10". He tried telling me the same thing multiple times. I told him I understand all of that (after he told me 5 times (after putting me on hold 5 times)) and since "no other replacement is acceptable or available" they are sending me a NEW v10!
I try not to get angry with them as I know it's not usually their fault but I was done with it this time and it worked.

Thanks horse, but I had already told them a s6 with no removable battery and half the internal memory (plus just upgrading the son for FREE to a refurb s6) it is not a comparable replacement. PLUS, I paid insurance already to receive a v10.
I've been trying to wait for the v20 but after seeing the rumored release date, I don't want to wait.
Next will be calling them back to get some of my bill reduced, if not all.
