Hi, my HTC Desire 620g have signal problems. For example, there are places wherein the signal drops completely, which means other people can't contact me. But when I check my other phone (Samsung Galaxy Star Plus), the signal is full.
And if my HTC has signal, the signal bar is rarely full, it's only usually two signal bars.
*It's not my sim card's problem, because I tried it already in my other phone, and the signal bar is full. Which means something is wrong with my HTC desire 620g.
Did anyone else experience this? What should I do?
