Hey guys , i was trying to increase my internal storage by using SD partition method , i created some partitions with Recovery Mode also with "Rom manager App" and "Apps2sd App" , so after all , i made a big mess and didn't get it to work lol so now i just want to bring my phone partitions to their original state as they were before i start this chaos ... but i don't want to make a factory reset ,too lazy to set up my phone again , i don't want to lose any data i just want them back to the way they used to be 
so does anyone know how to do that .? thanks in advance
