Hi,

Phone has in several turns been turning off and even not being able to tun it on again.
I have bought many new batteries over internet and it helped for a while.
Last time my phone was completely dead in the screen and not able to turn it on again.
I bought new screen and battery and a friend helped me with swrewing all apart and together again, and then it worked.--- again for a while.

A sideeffect was that it cannot see the J-device anymore. The SD card. Its really frustrating.

It also seems IMPOSSIBLE to do a simple backup of contacts! I have tried I guess 20 apps and none of them works 100%

NOW Its turning off all the time, right after I turn it on! It apparently is going into COOL DOWN MODE! I have never seen this screen before, but it says it all the time and turns off.
The phone nor the battery is warm!

1) What is Cool Down Mode? Why is it doing this? What can I do to prevent it from turning off? Should I be afraid that the battery or phone will explode? We have heard about such things in the media many times!

2) How can I get the SD card (J device) working again? What is typically wrong?

3) What is the best app for EXPORTING all the contacts! To CVF cards? I just need a WORKING one, which is not going down in the process.
I have almost 3.000 contacts!

4) Is there a newer Motorola phone with keyboard than the Droid 4?

Thank you SO much!!
