Hey.

I just purchased a ZTE racer and need some help. I'm new to the android market and this kinda fone. Not sure if I'm posting in the right section but I was wanting to set up my email and download apps but someone else's googemail account is attached and it won't let me remove it, says I need to go into privacy and factory reset but when I do this and follow through the options, then the screen goes blank with the green robot thing on and just a red light, it's been like this for over an hour. I'm not sure how long it takes to factory reset and if this is normal?
