Running ICS now using this method. Great work finding this Vicious.

When I go to download the leak it isn't there anymore. Am I to late? Do I have to wait for the OTA?

Man what happened to just being able to drop it to the sd card and flash it that way? Sucks you have to be rooted to install this.
