Default FW or PS of 320PPI 5cm x 5cm runs on a mobile phone of 200ppi display resolution, then resolution s

IF I DO AN IMAGE in FW or PS of 320PPI 5cm x 5cm , and the mobile app that this image appear runs on a mobile phone of 200ppi display resolution, then resolution seem of image should be 200ppi ... in other words should adapt automatically????

There's no "adapt". It'll display however the app that's displaying it decides to scale it. Which may make it look great, it may make it look like the original or it may make it look like garbage. When it comes to writing software, someone forgot to write rules, so anything goes.

what do chrome or android browsers? what do other android browsers for this, like firefox?

well if image is bigger resolution ratio(ppi) than screen is or vice versa, the quality of image will be that of smaller resolution ratio of the two??? yes correct / No...
